Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Infogroup

Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time, used by small businesses and enterprise brands. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.

Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.

Matt Graves

Chief Data Officer, Infogroup

Matt Graves is Infogroup’s Chief Data Officer. He oversees all data assets of the company including data operations, data platform, and the expanding capabilities around the Infogroup Data Axle®, which connects information hubs across proprietary and third party data sources.

Matt has been with Infogroup for over 5 years in senior roles within Infogroup Data, Corporate Strategy, Sales and Sales Operations. He was instrumental in streamlining and establishing the quality and accuracy of Infogroup’s data verification process.

Before joining Infogroup, Matt worked at PayPal in various leadership positions where he was responsible for ensuring prioritization and delivery of ROI for all global operations projects. He led the global expansion organization focused on setting up operations centers in emerging markets. Matt also managed international product support teams with operations in Shanghai, Philippines, Dublin, and Vancouver. 

Prior to PayPal, he worked as a management consultant and program manager for Ebay Inc., Comcast and Fujitsu to implement global projects and operation centers worldwide.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Regis University.

President, Infogroup Data Solutions

As President, Gretchen Littlefield is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and growth of the organization. Gretchen has grown the media strategy group with the vision of helping marketers acquire customers with higher value and loyalty through data-driven campaigns.

Infogroup Data Solutions is focused on smart, integrated customer acquisition and strategic planning across all major industry sectors, including retail, nonprofit, publishing, consumer, business and technology. Under her direction, the group has experienced rapid growth with innovative products that are vertical focused, such as Apogee, Sapphire, Audience Xchange, and Prospector.
   
Prior to joining Infogroup, she launched the fundraising program for a national organization which raised over $80 million in two years.  She also served as a Director in one of the nation's leading direct response marketing agencies.

In 2009, she was named a Rising Star by Marketing Edge, the educational foundation of The Direct Marketing Association. She is currently Co-Chair of Marketing Edge and Co-Chair of the Direct Marketing Association’s Nonprofit Federation.

Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Trinity University, Washington, D.C.

Matthew Higgins

Chief Technology Officer, Data Axle

Matthew Higgins is Chief Technology Officer for Data Axle®, Infogroup’s SaaS local data platform. He is responsible for leading all development efforts and platform technology decisions.  The Data Axle incorporates over 38 Million Business records with enhanced content.
 
Matt was instrumental with the design and development of the fulfillment and search technologies that power the Data Axle while at Go Time Corporation, which Infogroup acquired in February 2012. After the acquisition, Matt focused his efforts on integrating the Data Axle with Infogroup’s data sets and scaling the services to meet a broad range of customer needs.

Matt holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

John Hofmann

John Hofmann

Chief Financial Officer, Infogroup

Mr. Hofmann is Chief Financial Officer of Infogroup. In this role, he oversees the Company's financial strategy, planning and management. In addition, he is responsible for all treasury, tax and investor relations for the Company.

Mr. Hofmann brings over 15 years of private equity and management consulting experience across multiple technology sectors including: marketing services, data analytics, information services, enterprise software, communications and financial technology. Prior to Infogroup, he was a Director at Silver Lake Sumeru where he sourced, executed, and managed new investments for the mid-market technology-focused private equity firm. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Hofmann was Vice President at GTCR Golder Rauner where he focused on mid-market leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments across a variety of industries. Previously, he was at McKinsey & Company where he performed strategic and operational assessments for numerous corporate clients. He also served on the boards of Syniverse Technologies, Medseek and National Processing Company. 

Mr. Hofmann holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bob Toth

General Manager, Infogroup Data Licensing

Bob Toth is responsible for leading the Infogroup Data Licensing team. He manages the development of new partnerships and business growth within existing partner relationships, including data licensing, joint product development, and reseller channel optimization. Bob brings over 20 years of data related sales experience working directly with a broad spectrum of information businesses, applying data to direct marketing, digital and mobile marketing, commercial credit, commercial risk, insurance, government services, public records, search, navigation, mobile apps and commercial real estate products and services.

Bob’s team works with the Sales Administration team to onboard clients for all services and solutions, such as consumer or business data licensing, Business Listings Management-Bulk Update, Custom Data Collection and Lead Qualification Services, and Data Services including append and hygiene. They work alongside the client services team for an enhanced client engagement experience, driving both project successes and ROI.

Prior to joining Infogroup, he was Omaha Center Director at the Nebraska Business Development Center responsible for helping small and mid-sized local businesses grow and create new jobs. This included consulting with businesses, presenting at seminars on starting and operating small businesses and managing a team of graduate assistants responsible for writing business and marketing plans for small businesses.

Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Nebraska at Omaha and was recognized as Outstanding Economics Alumni of the Year in 2008. In addition, he also earned a MBA from the University of Nebraska and completed the Executive Scholars Program in Marketing and Sales at the Kellogg School of Management in 2012.

Vice President, Marketing, Infogroup Data Licensing

As Vice President of Marketing, Malti Shukla brings over 20 years of marketing experience and is responsible for branding, sales support, events, public relations, and client communications for Infogroup Data Licensing.

Prior to Infogroup Data Licensing, she was at Infogroup Targeting Solutions for 2 years, as Vice President of Field Marketing and headed up a team responsible for lead generation, events, content marketing, public relations, web marketing, product marketing, and RFP responses.

Previously to joining Infogroup Targeting Solutions, Malti spent 6 years at Alterian, a leading marketing software provider, running their Field Marketing business for both North and South America.

Prior to Alterian, Malti was at Discover Financial Services, assisting with card member acquisition strategy in addition to managing Discover’s online card member shopping portal and merchant relationships. Previous to Discover Financial Services, Malti worked for Lucent Technologies, both in the UK & Singapore, to build their direct marketing lead generation programs for their billing software solution division.

Malti received a Bachelor of Science with honors in Economics, Marketing and Law from University of Leicester, England, U.K.

Lead Sales Administration, Infogroup Data Licensing

As Lead Sales Administration, Megan Van De Velde manages a team dedicated to delivering sales support, client services and client education for all Infogroup Data Licensing clients. She has over 7 years’ experience dedicated to clients.

Megan and her team focus on delivering exceptional customer service from handling queries, providing administrative support, to serving as the experts for our services and solutions such as Bulk Update, Data Axle®, Custom Data Collection and Lead Qualification Services and Data Services.

Prior to Infogroup Megan was a Store Director for Beauty First, overseeing all aspects of the retail store operation from customer services to employee management, staff schedules, to managing merchandise.

Megan received a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Creighton University, Omaha, NE.
